  • ok ladies i am back...
    update:::
    ran first 10k sunday!!! did it in an hour and a half but my mom wanted me to keep her going
    then i have been runing alot this week
    3 MILES tuesday 5 miles wednesday and 4 miles today!! i am at 12 min miles not bad

    i hopped on my mom's scale... 206 :(
    so i am fasting... cleansing my system then going to start eatting 5 small meals throughout the day!

    i just need a jump start again!!
    i will keep yall posted!
